Movement Matters is a simple, guided movement practice. It helps you discover how you relate to yourself, others and the environment. It encourages you to find variations in your movements, challenges any fixed sense of self and gives you the space to create new choices through your body.
No movement experience necessary.

4 classes created to take you a little deeper into your body with the intention of nourishing and purifying the digestive tract.
During these workshops, you will be guided to explore each organ of the digestive system, exploring opposing attitudes that connect to each organ such as kindness and blame, strength and gentleness, relaxation and tension, doubt and confidence. It is useful to explore both ends of the spectrum in order to see if you have too much of one quality and too little of the other. This imbalance can have psychological and physical effects. In health, a balance is needed, and we can explore this continuum through the body.
Gentle guidance, live sounding and music are offered as a way of activating your wider vocabulary of movements.
