Theme 3: Digesting - inner listening

"What I love about Tali's class is that it gets me moving in such a variety of ways that you just can't get from going to the gym or running for example, and it's creative and joyful at the same time!"

Nov 11th  Stomach – how do you process information through your body?

Nov 18th  Liver – listen to the voice of your liver, letting go, releasing

Nov 25th  Small intestine and Large Intestine – inner passages speak

Dec 2nd  Kidneys – finding your settling, your sanctuary

4 classes created to take you a little deeper into your body with the intention of nourishing and purifying the digestive tract.

During these workshops, you will be guided to explore each organ of the digestive system, exploring opposing attitudes that connect to each organ such as kindness and blame, strength and gentleness, relaxation and tension, doubt and confidence. It is useful to explore both ends of the spectrum in order to see if you have too much of one quality and too little of the other. This imbalance can have psychological and physical effects. In health, a balance is needed, and we can explore this continuum through the body.

Gentle guidance, live sounding and music are offered as a way of activating your wider vocabulary of movements.

No movement experience necessary! Drop in anytime. One to one movement sessions also available.
