This group class, offers a unique way for you to discover, calm ease and flow from within.

Tap into your potential and begin to rewire your brain using the body's natural intelligence to bring about lasting changes. Whether dealing with pain, anxiety or just interested in replacing habits that no longer serve, here we will use some of the main elements needed to create shifts: Breath work, body MOTION and awareness in a simple to do lesson.

Whether you a a professional who spends hours on your feet, endless hours at a desk or in front of a computer, you maybe feeling fatigue, stress and pain causing you discomfort. You’re not alone!

Come experience how to reduce your physical and emotional pain.
Sense your body and become the source of your experience as you move towards flow, balance, and vitality in your life.

Class is open to all levels. Yoga mats provided.

Participants must be able to get down and up from the floor. Bring comfortable clothes, an open mind and heart.
