What is your favorite type of film to see at the JBFC: documentary, independent, foreign, classic?

Yes! Well, OK, obscure and "underground" - cult, off center, uncategorizable film and entertainment. We need more of that!

When the best day and time to meet for a film outing at the JBFC?

Weekends are ideal. Weekdays after 7 are OK, as I work 9 to 5(:30) so earlier is bad per that West/Fair traffic.

What are some of your favorite Films, and who are a few of your favorite Directors?

2001 A Space Odyssey, Get Shorty, Monty Python And The Holy Grail, Ed Wood, Raising Arizona, Dracula, Wings Of Desire, Taxi Driver, Persona, Fight Club, Dawn Of The Dead (guess which version). Almost anything by Scorsese, Bergman, Jarmusch, David Lynch, Fellini, David Cronenberg, Tarantino (don't judge LOL), The Coen Brothers (and Barry Sonnenfeld), Wes Anderson, Tim Burton, John Carpenter, Luis Bunuel.

Yes, I'm one of those guys who owns Criterion discs. But I'll go see movies like "The Avengers" too (or something stupid yet fun, like "Man With The Iron Fists"). It's all fun.
