I think The movie did a great job of showing how conflicting emotions can be, as well as the difficulty of mental (and physical) illness. The movie was difficult
, but was incredibly well acted. I don't think I'll ever look at Willem Dafoe the same way ever again! Very nice to meet and see everyone last evening. Thanks.

It was a very interesting story, and sad. It did get a lively conservation going last night.

Good acting by Miranda Richardson and Willem Dafoe. Sad story, I want to research the true story of T.S. Eliot. Good conversation at the Winfield Grill after.

For another famous american author/wife biopic check out Beat, with Keifer Sutherland and Courtney Love (yes, she can act) as William S. Burroughs and Joan Volmer. You also get a little Alan Ginsberg and Jack Kerouac.
