I've split this up into two separate back-to-back Meetup events. For the first part, we'll have a more general discussion, you do not need to prepare for this part, but I recommend taking some time to think about these topics ahead of time. The second part will be to discuss a film we vote on.

Discussion topics for this meeting (part 1):

• Getting to know you: As we approach the Holiday season, what sort of movie traditions do you have? Or do you have film seasons? Certain films or types of film you like to watch during certain times of the year more than others?

• Feature Topic: Speaking of seasonality, we're now knee deep into the Prestige Picture season (aka "Oscar bait" season), how much does that affect you personally as a filmgoer? Do you even care? Are there film seasons (eg. "summer blockbuster") you look forward to or dread?

• For further exploration: What are the "essential films" you think everyone (or at least, any film buff) *needs* to see?

The scheduled end time is a rough estimate, we'll play it by ear, though I do still want to have enough time to transition to part 2 without it getting *too* late.

Running Start Inc.

95 Prescott St., Worcester, MA (near WPI Gateway Park)

We'll use their conference room on the second floor, we'll be the only ones around at the time. Feel free to bring whatever to eat/drink. Whether it's your dinner for the night, or a snack to share.

They have a small parking lot on the north end of the building, near the entrance, however it can be tough to maneuver in. There is ample street parking next to the building, and there's a large parking lot to the south of the building. The large lot is technically for the building(s) at 85 Prescott only, but I doubt anyone will care during evening hours (I'm not liable if something happens though).

I'll send my cell number to attendees before the event in case anyone's having trouble finding the place.
