How do people feel about doing multi-group meetups for appropriate events with appropriate similar meetup groups

As we all know gas prices are astronomical. As a result some meetup groups are seeing fewer people show up at

events. How do people feel about doing multi-group meetups for appropriate events with appropriate similar meetup groups

My belief is that multi-group meetups would produce more people at the events. Of course where reservations at restaurants are concerned coordination between organizers would be needed. I can suggest several restaurants I like and I hope that others will do the same. The restaurants I like happen to be close to movies so we could see movies before or after the meals at the restaurants. We could also read the books the movies are based on and discuss the books and the movies at the restaurants.

Here are some of my favorite restaurants I hope that others will suggest more of their favorite restaurants
