What Tom is saying about this Meetup Group

Hi All, thanks for the great discussion today. I have two books to recommend for your reading enjoyment. 1: Hollywood's First Choices; How the Greatest Casting Decisions Were Made (or why Groucho Marx never played Rhett Butler). Lots of trivia and stories on the why and how of H'wood casting. 2: Vanity Fair's Tales of Hollywood. The rebels, reds and graduates and the wild stories behind the making of 13 iconic films. This book is compiled of 13 stories that have appeared in Vanity Fair magazine over the years. Stories include the Magnificent Ambersons, All About Eve, Rebel Without a Cause, Midnight Cowboy and others. Both are available from Amazon.
