SUBJECT: BCS, Part 2, Securing Your BCS Objects with Kerberos

SPEAKER: Christian Holsin, Solution Architect

In this session, Christian will continue where he left off last time with his presentation on the BCS. If you remember from before, he setup two External Content Types using a small data mart in SQL Server tied together with a foreign key. In this next session, Christian will present a real-world, production scenario and show you how to build and secure it using Kerberos authentication to achieve the maximum flexibility for your infrastructure. Do you remember the nag screen from the last session which complained about identity impersonation? Even if you don’t, Christian will show you how to add this final configuration step to bring your BCS Content Types full-circle into a real-world, production environment.
