Game Day at Dreamer's (Wed., Sep. 18, 2013)

Part Two of Crypt of the Everflame. Also, there's a chance for Other Stuff, depending on interest. We hope to see you there!

Crypt of the Everflame (Tier 1-2):

GM: Daniel McNitt

An adventure for 1st-level characters.

The young heroes of the town of Kassen are ready for their coming-of-age ceremony, an old tradition in which they retrieve a piece of the eternal flame burning in the tomb of the town’s founder. Yet when they arrive there, they find only the corpses of their fellow townsfolk, dead bandits, and mysterious animated skeletons. The novice heroes must brave the traps and perils of the Crypt of the Everflame, discover the source of the corruption that has awakened an ancient evil, and defeat a menace that seeks vengeance against Kassen and its people.

Crypt of the Everflame is a dungeon adventure for 1st-level characters, written for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game and compatible with the 3.5 edition of the world’s oldest RPG. The adventure map uses the same layout as the 2009 edition of Paizo’s GameMastery Flip-Mat: Dungeon. This adventure is set in the forested land of Nirmathas in the Pathfinder Chronicles campaign setting, but can easily be set in any game world. It can be used on its own or combined with its sequels, Masks of the Living God and City of Golden Death to create an even greater campaign arc.

Written by Jason Bulmahn.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #4–01: Rise of the Goblin Guild (PFRPG)

GM: Kjersten Gibson

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1–5.

When a monster is discovered on the grounds of the Pathfinder Lodge at Heidmarch Manor in Magnimar, an investigation into its appearance leads the PCs deep under the City of Monuments—and face to face with a burgeoning thieves’ guild.

Written by Matthew Goodall.

About this Game Day:

This is an announcement for a locally scheduled game day on Wednesday's at Dreamer's Game shop in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Games last 4.5 hours (scheduled to end at 10:00). GMs arrive an hour early for set-up and questions. While registration for events is not required, it is encouraged as registered attendees will be guaranteed a seat for play (information regarding registration can be found below).

We cater to new players and experienced Pathfinders alike, both young and old. All of our members are fantastic and display a true love for the game. We offer a friendly environment to meet new players and to experience the fun of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game with other fans. As a family friendly group we encourage families to join the fun as well. It should be noted that although Pathfinder Society adventures are written with a PG-13 rating in mind, we place no age restriction on play (children under the age of 15 are expected to have parent or guardian supervision during the games).

I look forward to seeing you there!

This Game Day at Dreamer's Cards and Games is hosted by Daniel McNitt.

I understand that life happens. But this is a 5 star event if the GMs weren't an hour late.

What scenario would people like offered as a second table? Silent Tide, Slave Pits of Absalom, Rise of the Goblin Guild, Mists of Mawangi, Tide of Twilight, The Cyphermage Dilemma? Please let me know what you'd like to play if you're on the waiting list. These are all tier 1-5.

I'd like to play 4-5 please.

Looks like APL is about 2.4, rounded down is 2, so it will be tier 1-2. Unless J Michael has a 4th level character he's going to play, then the APL would be 3.0, so it would be tier 4-5 with the 4 player adjustment.
