For our June MUGL meeting, we're having a little change of pace. MarkLogic is taking the lead on this one and has arranged for The Royal Society of Chemistry to host us at their London location near Piccadilly.
We'll have two featured guests this time.
David Gorbet, VP of engineering at MarkLogic.
"Going One Step Beyond... What are the exciting new features you should be in the know about for the upcoming next version of MarkLogic?"
David is visiting London for the week and we've convinced him to stop by and let us in on some of the surprises that are in store for upcoming releases. This will be your chance to bend the ear of the man who controls what goes into future releases of MarkLogic.
David Leeming, Solutions Manager, Strategic Innovation Group at Royal Society of Chemistry.
"Why did we choose MarkLogic, what have we done so far and how are we going to use it moving forward (plus some best practice hints & tips)"
David and his team have been using MarkLogic at RSC for quite a long time. He will tell us what they've done and what they have planned for the future.
MarkLogic wants this meeting to be a bit of an event, a MUGL XL if you will. They are very keen to step up their support of the MUGL and find out how they can make it more effective for the membership. If you have thoughts on how you'd like the MUGL to evolve or new things you think we should try, come along and let us know.
Note that this meeting will start earlier than usual, at 5:00pm rather than our usual 6:30pm. The signup list is active now, please reserve your spot if you plan to attend.
