Fall Multifamily & CRE Networking!

Are you looking for deals or capital? Are you trying to scale your real estate business? Looking for either Multifamily or other types of RE assets? What is working now in the market and what are some things to watch out for? Join us as we come together to discuss these and other issues in a relaxed atmosphere.
As always, we will have ample time for informal networking with both new and experienced investors and real estate vendors. This is an opportunity to come together in a relaxed setting to grow our connections and to potentially add value to each other.
As in the previous months, we will be meeting in Somerville, MA (see details below). Our host, Paradigm Energy Services, has graciously agreed to allow us to use their premises for this event. There will be light refreshments and some drinks (while supplies last!).

If taking public Transport: The venue is next to the Gilman Square T Station on the Green line in Somerville, MA.
Parking: Street parking is available on Medford Street. Please allocate a few extra minutes to find parking just in case.
