What we'll do:

We will draw coins but with a twist!

Below is a list of possible motives you might find on the coins throughout the museum. When you find something that fits you draw it into a grid (4x4).

In the end (around 4pm) we will meet again and the list will be read out in a random order. You will mark the coins that you have drawn whenever one is announced. When you are the first to check mark 4 in a row or column you can call out Bingo and you will be gifted 1€ as an early Christmas gift! Amazing!

Coins to draw
try to draw 1 coin for each topic (the whole coin), this means an average of 15 min for finding and drawing per coin.

  1. A profile portrait
  2. An animal
  3. A plant or wreath
  4. A weapon or armor
  5. A round object
  6. A mythological figure
  7. Architecture
  8. A number
  9. A crown or headgear
  10. A boat or water motif
  11. A border or pattern
  12. A worn or damaged coin

Museum Tickets cost 1€ on Sunday, if you want you can also buy it online.

Please bring:

  • A sketchbook/paper
  • A pencil or the medium you prefer (museums usually only allow non messy media like pencil)
  • Something to drink and eat, depending on how long you want to stay
  • coins for the locker

How to find the Meetup:

We will initially meet by the entrance, I will arrive at around 12:45.

If you arrive after 1pm, you can head directly inside the building.

Language

Since there are often people from other countries, the main language will be English. But you are also welcome to practice your German.

I'm looking forward to meet and draw with you! :)
