Buchenau to Tutzing
This Sunday we will ride from Buchenau to Tutzing on the Starnberger See. The 52 km journey will takes us past 3 lakes, one monastery and finally end up at a beer garden directly on the Starnberger See. Due to work on the Stammstreke this weekend, the ride will start at the Pasing Bahnhof. I will ride out from Schwabing to get there and I hope everybody not near Pasing finds there own way easily. We take the S4 to Buchenau. From there we ride over beautiful country side along the Amper river. After the ever so gentle start of our ride we will arrive at the northern tip of the Amersee where we can stop for a refreshing swim and some refreshing refreshments. The journey continues around the Wörthsee over to the Pilsensee and on to Herrsching. After taking another dip in the Amersee we will head up an invigorating hill to a nearby monastery - can you guess the name? We then head on to Tutzing and our last swim stop complete with an excellent beer garden where we can stay until late as Monday is a holiday
I will meet you at the Pasing Bahnhof, Track 6/7 at 9:15.
I will organize partner tickets for the S-Bahn but you are responsible for buying your own Fahrradkarte, costing €2,60, for your bikes.
