The Boston MySQL October Meetup TUES Oct 10th, 2006

  • Oct 10, 2006 · 7:00 PM
  • MIT Building E51, Room 372

The topic for the October MySQL User Group is "Boolean Values and Bit Operators", helping bring facts to the issue that took up most of the time during the September User Group Meeting.

There will be about 10 minutes at the beginning for questions, similar to the September meetup, but we will stop at 10 minutes. If you have an actual issue, please submit or bring descriptions of all relevant queries, tables, data samples, etc. See http://www.sheeri.com... for more details We will be meeting on MIT campus, close to Kendall Square on the Red Line (subway). There is plenty of free parking -- you can park in ANY MIT lot after 3 pm, even if it says "parking by permit only". We are in building E51, room 372.

Here is the URL for MIT's Map with the location of this building:

A little disorganized but the content about bitwise operators was educational.

It was worth the trip in from NH. I'll be back next month. Good discussion, good moderator, great food (right price, too!). I learned several things that I have never considered before about MySQL. Thanks.
