What a fun party. Adam's Chicken Korma was voted number one as he managed to caramalize the onions just right and tossed a healthy serving of yogurt and the cashew nut paste. We missed you Alan, but your able replacement was quite adept at the mixed vegetable curry which turned out to be the perfect combination - sweet potatoes, cauliflower and okra in a delicately spiced yogurt sauce. Diana did a fine job of the Shahi Paneer and the homemade paneer was a hit. Kelleyanne was a pro at the basmati rice and Patrick, Chris and Karen got the show started with the Mustard greens, Spinach, turnips and carrots medley.

The organizer, Pritha and her husband, were gracious and charming hosts - with great senses of humor. They both did an excellent job at setting a relaxing and really fun atmosphere. The folks that attended - a variety of ages and backgrounds, all seemed to immediately click. Pritha selected great recipes, was well organized and a skilled instructor. She obviously really enjoys teaching and sharing her culture. I really had a great time.
