    Chance to experience a mountain expedition & camping in the jungle in this Gunung Hantu Besar Expedition. Is suitable for beginners who want to learn or experience sleeping under the trees. 

    Mountain: Gunung Hantu Besar
    Height: 1462m
    Location: Jelebu, Negeri Sembilan.

    The highest mountain in Negeri Sembilan. At the tail of Titiwangsa Range, it can be conquer usually in 2 days. Climber meet-up at Chennah Village then proceed to drop off point at Pegentar Hill by 4WD. A 3-4 hrs trek will bring you to Orkid Camp. Set up camp & overnight. The next morning will climb up to the summit. On a clear sky at the peak, Mt. Nuang, Mt. Benom and Genting Highland can be seen. 

    Date: 18-19 Mar 2017

    Itinerary (ex-Kg.Chennah)

    Day 1 
    0900 hrs: Meet-up at Chennah Village and register at the Police Station.
    0930 hrs: Take 4WD to the drop off point Pegentar Hill
    1030 hrs: Reach Pegentar Hill, briefing and start trek to Orkid Camp Site
    1500 hrs: Reach Orkid Camp. Setup Camp.
    1700 hrs: Prepare dinner.
    2100 hrs: Good Night. 

    Day 2 
    0530 hrs: Good morning and prepare for the summit.
    0600 hrs: Summit Push.
    0730 hrs: Reach Summit and enjoy the sunrise.
    0830 hrs: Descend back to Orkid Camp.
    0930 hrs: Prepare Breakfast.
    1130 hrs: Break Camp & descend back to Pegentar Hill for 4WD pickup.
    1500 hrs: Back to Chennah Village
    1700 hrs: Reach Chennah village. Trip END.
