What and/or who inspired you to express your natural hair?

My choice was more about not using chemicals than any real expression of who I am. However when I began transitioning, the ladies from CurlyNikki.com were huge inspirations. I also started to consider the message about my natural beauty that I would be sending to my children if I continued to chemically process my hair.

how long have you been natural
