Bowie Nature Park in Fairview, west of Nashville, has nearly 700 beautiful acres of forest, approximately 17 miles of trails, 6 lakes, and several creeks. We will explore 5 miles of trail on the outer perimeter of the Park on this moderate hike.

Join Nashville Hiking Meetup for a trek around the perimeter of Bowie Nature Park. The trails are well kept, they are dirt, rock, and many areas are covered with pine needles. Please note that we may share the trails with mountain bikers and horse riders. Be prepared for mud, potential slippery spots, and several moderate inclines at times.

From Memphis, Interstate 40 east, exit 182 on to Hwy 96, south to Fairview, exit west on to Hwy 100, 1 mile on right.
