Join your hiking pals for a moderate-paced hike on 3 trails at Frozen Head State Park, followed by supper at Lilly Pad Hopyard Brewery and Campground.
Distance: 7 miles--Moderate for distance and elevation.

1st Meetup: Home Depot I-40 East Exit 236 at 955 S. Hartman Drive Lebanon, TN Depart 6:30am Central Sharp
2nd Meetup/Regroup: Citgo/Hardees at exit 300 Monterey. We will go in convoy on Tn-62 thru Clarkrange and Lancing to Wartburg.

Beginning at the trail-head parking lot(elevation of 1377 ft) at 9:15am Central
Our pace will be as fast as the slowest person.
We'll take North Old Mac Trail, 2.6 miles, gradual climb.
Down the Panther Branch trail for 1.45 mile
Up 1/2 mile on the Emory Gap trail for snacks/light lunch at the waterfall.
down the Emory Gap trail to the trailhead, passing Debord Falls, 2.45 miles.
Post-hike supper at Lilly Pad Hopyard Brewery in Lancing before heading home. Vegetable or meat soup or chili.
Please offer your carpool driver $10 to $15 cash money for gas, vehicle usage, and driving services.
Please be willing to volunteer your vehicle and/or drive.

Directions: I-40 East to exit 300 Monterey. Turn left under freeway to second traffic light just past the RR tracks.
Right on TN-62 thru Monterey, Clark Range, Lancing and Wartburg, turning left onto Flat Fork Rd. Continue 4 miles past the prison to the trailhead just past the Visitors Center and over the one lane bridge.
