On the hike you will see numerous deep gulches and stone walls of unknown origin. The truly Rocky Path Loop has multiple elevation changes and gnarly rooted footing rigors. The Valley View Loop is more open and has an overview lookout. The lovely stretch along the Stones River offers perfect sound therapy for just sitting and breathing.
Bring your lunch/snack if you like, we will take time here to dip our toes in the water (if ya wanna). Yoga stretches will be offered in conclusion. Bring your water, come and enjoy!
