Join Nashville Hiking Meetup for a training hike at South Cumberland State Park near Monteagle, TN. This is perfect for those wanting to put down some miles before backpacking or hitting the AT; great place to test out gear and endurance. There is a nice restroom and water fountains at the ranger station. It will be hot so please bring ample water. Don't forget to bring a smile! :-)
