The chef at Amerigo is planning a special four-course dinner of local foods paired with wine. The cost for this dinner will be $39. The four courses that are currently planned are:
Course 1: Bear Creek Farms pork belly over rye pancake with 63 degree egg and pickled red onion
Course 2: Arugula, walnuts, balsamic roasted tomatoes, vinaigrette and flash fried Noble Farms pimento goat cheese
Course 3: Bear Creek Farms pork loin over Spencer Mill cheese grtis with collard greens
Course 4: Olive & Sinclair Chocolate lava cake with gelato Course are subject to change upon the availability of product or the whim of the Chef.
