The purpose of this group is to bring local real estate investors together to share deals, experiences, and create opportunities. There are many real estate investor groups in Jacksonville but none such exist in Nassau County. With the amount of growth Nassau county is experiencing, it is important to have a place to network and seek resources/guidance for investment opportunities. Whether you are a fix and flipper, long term holder, Multifamily investor, mobile home investor, vacation property renter, business owner, landlord; all are welcome! This group may also benefit you if you are a: Real Estate Agent, Attorney, Lender, Cash Investor, Property owner, Insurance agent, Property Manager, Contractor, Business owner, and more! This group is primarily for anyone interested in real estate investing in Nassau County, including Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Yulee, Callahan, and Hilliard. Whether you have decades of experience or are brand new to the industry and seeking to learn, please join us for our regularly scheduled meetups. The direction of this group ultimately depends on each participants involvement, we will start meeting every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30PM at a predetermined restaurant/venue.
