Are you are looking for us to help you join or create a regular gaming group? What is your availability?

Looking to join group, possibly DM after getting back into the gaming groove. Available most evenings, if the game is close enough, and some weekends.

What RPG games/systems do you prefer? Are there any games you are interested in trying out or playtesting?

Prefer DnD (any edition) or Chill (though there aren't many players of this game around), though open to any RPG system. Am really interested in possibly trying DnDNext if there is a group nearby.

On a scale of rules complexity/depth with 1 being rules-light and 10 being rules-heavy, how 'crunchy' do you like a roleplaying rules system to be?

Depends on the group. I've played at both extremes and had fun, though I think I prefer a balanced approach.

Do you feel able to be the GM/DM for a regular group, or GM a one-off game at a Meetup?

Possibly, after I've gotten back into pen and paper gaming. It's been over 7 years since my last sit down, non-video game session so I'm a bit rusty.

Have you ever been a GM/DM (GameMaster/DungeonMaster)? If so what systems did/do you run?

Yes. Paranoia, AD&D, DnD 3.0, DnD 3.5, Chill, Vampire and DC Superheros.

An expat from the US, I'm looking to get back into PnP gaming. Miss the social aspect and the challenges of a game done mostly in your mind. I've been playing RPGs since approx 1985 (yikes!)

What Norma is saying about this Meetup Group

Thoroughly enjoyed meeting people and playing the game. Looking forward to next month.
