New Age Fitness is located just 1.1 miles off exit 113 in Rutherford College, NC which is ten minutes, or less, away from HIckory. We are a small studio with a big heart. In addition to personal training and affordable classes, we offer workshops in various topics such as weight loss, meditation and other self-development topics as well as free movie screenings and social events. All classes and events always open to the public. Some events will have a fee while others will be free. We will list accordingly. Please join us!

After your trial period, you have the option to remain a member by paying $6 annually. This $6 is to help us pay for the maintenance to this page. In exchange, each yearly payment that you make will entitle you to one free class of your choosing at our facility! You can check out our schedule here (http://newagefitnessllcnc.com/calendar/).

Strengthening & Lengthening

This class focuses on all the fundamentals of wellness: strength, cardio, flexibility as well as the mental aspects of a well rounded wellness program. Perfect for beginners but will also give the most seasoned exercisers a great workout! Peaceful Yoga

Explore all the possibilities of yoga and the benefits that it brings to your body, mind and soul in a warm, uplifting space. This class is a great place for beginners to start or perfect for anyone who wants to unwind from a stressful day. New Age Mix 20/20/20

New Age Fitness

This class offers a mix bag of everything! We start with 20 minutes of cardio dance. Then we move on to 20 minutes of a combination of body weight, weight bearing and cardio exercises designed to strengthen and tone while boosting your metabolism. We finish with 20 minutes of yoga and relaxation. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as it's highly modifiable. Open to the public. $6 per person, per class or ask about our low monthly rates when sign up for our THRIVE Program or any Weight Loss Program. Your first class with us is always free!
