Once a gathering place for governors, senators, and Revolutionary War leaders, Liberty Hall in Union, NJ has witnessed the unfolding of American history for over 250 years. What secrets still linger behind its 50 rooms, from presidential visits to long-forgotten cellars? It’s time to step inside one of New Jersey’s most historic homes for an exclusive after-hours experience like no other.

Join [New York Adventure Club](http://www.nyadventureclub.com/ "http://www.nyadventureclub.com/") for a private, after-hours tour of Liberty Hall Museum; originally built as a 14-room Georgian-style home at the height of the American Revolution and later expanded into a 50-room Victorian-style mansion, this museum showcases the prolific role of the Livingston and Kean families throughout the past 200 years.

Led by Liberty Hall's Director of Education, **our unique holiday-themed journey** through this mansion — which encompasses seven generations of Livingston and Kean ancestors — will include:

* **An overview of the historic property** throughout the past three centuries, from its Revolutionary War origins to its modern-day preservation
* **A private exploration of the mansion** dating back to 1772, with access inside historic bedrooms, parlors, and the renowned wine cellar
* **A closer look at the museum’s extensive collections** of antiques including furniture, ceramics, textiles, toys, and tools
* **Stories of the ancestors of the Livingston and Kean families**, which have included governors, U.S. Congressmen and senators, entrepreneurs, and pioneering women
* **A festive transformation of the mansion’s first floor**, with each room inspired by a beloved holiday song like *White Christmas* and *Feliz Navidad*
* **An inside look at Christmases past at Liberty Hall**, featuring historical decorations and the stories behind long-standing holiday traditions

By Car: Liberty Hall is located at 1003 Morris Avenue, Union New Jersey 07083. The museum is easily accessible from the NJ Turnpike (Exit 13A), the Garden State Parkway (North: Exit 140, South Exit 141), Interstate Route 78 (GSP Exit), and Route 22 (Highway 82 East-Elizabeth).
