Announcing a new Meetup for The Twin Cities Night Life Meetup Group!
What: A NIGHT OF IMPROV at COMEDY SPORTZ
When: June 19,[masked]:30 PM

Meetup Description: This is differant enough from stand up that it looks too good to miss. This is another great way to kick in some laughter for the weekend
Would a little improv improve things? How about Comedy Sportz? Show starts at 8. If you're interested in dinner beforehand, let me know and we'll meet somewhere before heading over around 7:30 or so. Show runs about an hour and 45 minutes.
Normal admission is $12. If there is enough firm committment we can get a group discount.
So invite friends as well.
Warning. To those of use whose bodies, like high performance Indy racers, need alcohol to run, Comedy Sportz does not serve it. However, we're in Uptown and if you can't find it there, you can't find it anywhere.
Here's what they say ("they" being the marketing arm of Comedy Sports, of course).
ComedySportz is light-hearted insanity that appeals to people from every walk of life. We provide clean, positive entertainment that is guaranteed to please even the toughest crowd. If you have a pulse, it's highly likely that you'll laugh until it hurts. If you don't have a pulse, seek medical attention immediately.
"Fun enough for a bachelor party. Clean enough for your Grandma."
ComedySportz is improvisational comedy played as a sport! (If you've ever seen Whose Line is it Anyway, you've got the general idea.) Two teams of actors compete for the biggest laughs while a referee calls the fouls and gets suggestions from you, the audience. Learn more about their show. Comedy Sportz
