NinjaFit is a social strength and fitness club which trains using mostly calisthenics (body weight) exercises. we also have the only Ninja Obstacle training class in Cork.

What is Calisthenics?
Calisthenics is a form of physical training based primarily around mastering your own body weight using minimal equipment. It combines strength training, handstands and basic gymnastic movements that you can do anywhere.

Train to get your first push up, pull up and learn to use your body functionally.
Once the foundations are there we can advance to more advanced calisthenics like, muscle ups, explosive push ups, Front and back lever, dragon flags human flags and much much more...

Weekly classes:
Monday: Beginner calisthenics class @ 7:00pm

Tuesday: Beginner calisthenics class @ 6:00pm

Wednesday: Handstands and calisthenics skills class @ 8:00pm

Thursday: Ninja obstacles and calisthenics strength class @ 6:00pm

Friday: calisthenics and core skills class @ 6:30am

Sunday: Advanced calisthenics class @ 10:00am

All classes are roughly 1 hour long with changing room and shower facility available.
Ninjafit classes run upstairs in Fitnessworx gym on the tramore rd.

Full body workouts bases on body weight exercises. In these classes you will build functional strength, loose body fat, gain muscle, increase mobility, learn new skills and most importantly enjoy your training with like minded people in a fun and friendly environment. These classes will be geared towards calisthenics strength & skills and progressions to work muscleups, handstands, frontlevers, backlevers planche Exercise Progressions are based on each individuals' ability level - and all levels welcome. Beginners Calisthenics

Classes focus is on pullups and dips/pushups using progressive exercises, then circuits involving variations of shoulders, legs, core and grip strength exercises to ensure a full body workout. This class takes beginners/intermediates from not being able to do a pullup to correct form full pullups. Laying the foundations for clap pullups/muscleups etc, taking your beginner pushups to full correct form pushups to explosive pushups laying a strong foundation for more advanced archer pushups, one handed pushups and much more......
