  • Bike Ride from Hoboken to Liberty State Park with lunch at Zepplin Beer Garden

We will bike to Liberty state park and back with lunch at the Zeppelin Beer Garden. Ride is approximately 14 miles and is for both casual and intermediate riders and people do this ride on road bikes, hybrids, and mountain bikes (though I think a hybrid is the best). Bring your bike and meet Mike outside Blue Eyes Restaurant where we will start and end the ride. We will stop for lunch on the way back, after we have gone through Liberty State Park. *Helmets are highly encouraged for safety Note that if you are driving into Hoboken allow extra time to find parking. There is a paid parking lot right next to Union Hall (entrance on 3rd street). You can also park at Lincoln Harbor just north of Hoboken and bike down along the waterfront (about 15 - 20 minutes depending on how fast you ride). We go at a casual pace (7 - 10 MPH). There are a few areas where we need to ride on the street. Most of the ride is along the waterfront and in Liberty State Park. Remember to bring your helmet, water, and a lock for your bike. Above are pics of where we will be meeting. -Mike
