Wat we doen
Wouldn’t it be nice – just for an hour – to sit in stillness, in quiet, to reconnect with our body and breath and calm the mind? This group is for busy people who would like to experience the benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation and to share this experience with like minded individuals. Wherever you are on your journey – a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner – this group offers a supportive environment to learn new techniques and to go deeper into your practice, including guided meditations as well as group discussions. We have regular drop-in classes, workshops and seminars to allow mindfulness to grow in all aspects of life. The meetups will be in English.
