Wat we doen

Yoga4Runners is a weekly session for every runner and athlete that wants to run injury free, strong and balanced.
No previous experience is necessary (all hamstring lengths welcome!).

The session is given by Mirjam, a keen Ultramarathon runner and qualified Yoga teacher.
