Join us for A Lebanese Cooking Class with - Nour Barraj who runs 'Not just Hummus', a business that aims at introducing autehtnic home cooked middle eastern dishes and go beyond hummus and falafel. Every weekend, she makes amazing Knafeh that she sells on order basis. She is going to be teaching how to make Eggplant Fatteh - an aromatic, flavourful, baked dish, that has the crunch of Pita and a burst of flavor from the use of garlic and tahini. The class will be held in a closed group via Zoom. Each participant gets to make the dish in real time along with the teacher and ask questions if they face difficulties.
