Most of us have heard about the benefits of meditation and relaxation. But why then is it often so hard to create time for this?
You're invited to discover ways to find focus in short moments. Because finding your calm doesn’t necessarily mean you have to sit or lie still and do nothing for hours. During the workshops, you'll be guided through gentle exercises using movement, breath work and body awareness, to explore different ways of meditation and relaxation. And most exercises are designed in such a way that you can do them at home, at work, on public transport or anywhere else, to facilitate you in finding short moments to unwind and just take a breather.
