Wat we doen
Do you occasionally suffer from strong carbohydrate and or sugar cravings? Or do find it impossible to eat a single cookie, piece of chocolate, slice of bread etc? Even though you really want and need to lose weight? Does food rich in carbs and other sugars feel like an addiction?
