This is a group (NL/EN) for anyone interested in walking in nature. Walking in nature can: - be refreshing - give you energy - be inspiring - be meditative - be good for exercising - be fun - be stress reducing - be good for your health & well being - clear your mind - lead to more creativity Every time I have been walking outside it gives me energy. Nowadays, people tend to sit more inside, exercise less, and have more stress. With making walking outside more of a habit, I hope people will become more relaxed, active and aware of the beautiful nature.
