PILATES - private lessons
Core strength is the foundation of PILATES exercise. For this reason, Pilates develops much of what exercisers need — strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture — with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise. Pilates is perfect for everybody in every age. It doesn't matter if you are healthy person or after some injury. I will do my best to get you back on track and to make your body strong again. Ideal for anyone and everyone. All kind of workout is good for your body, your mind and your spirit . My classes are not typical fitness as you can find in fancy gyms around the city, it is so much more!
