Wat we doen
Does a friendly fitness group sound like fun? Does free fitness sound fantastic? A group of us are doing a "Tabata" style bootcamp at Westerpark. All exercises are self-paced and have variations for ability, so you can push yourself as hard (or as little) as you like. The focus is on cardio and working out separate muscle groups simultaneously. We train rain or shine.
