You want to connect more with your body. Be strong, supple and balanced. You like to share activities with other women, get inspiration and support. You will learn how to train safely, with respect for your body and lots of fun! You will get inspiration to live your life with more awareness and inner peace. Together, we explore bodywork like fitness (without machines), yoga, stretching, dance, breathing techniques and meditation. When possible, we go out and connect with nature. Also in the program: Detox weekends, mini retreats, pelvic power and other workshops.
