Reinventing Work: Belgrade meets every month to explore, share and practice new ways of working. Our purpose is to make Belgrade a better place to work. We aim to do this by sharing and experimenting with practices used by other organizations who have moved away from the traditional ways of working that most of us are used to.
Are you wondering if this meet-up is for you?
Reinventing Work is for people that are interested in the future of work, self-organizing teams, self-management, decentralized leadership, distributed authority, collaboration, organization design, organizational culture, participatory change, new ways of working, holistic thinking and wholeness at work.
Reinventing Work is not industry or regional specific. There are organizations from all around the World, ranging from home nursing, education and software development to food processing and outdoor clothing, which are successfully experimenting with new ways of working.
If you’ve heard of Frederic Laloux’s book “Reinventing Organizations”, “Brave New Work” by Aaron Dignan, the Corporate Rebels blog, or the Leadermorphosis podcast, then this is definitely for you! If you haven’t but this sounds interesting to you, here are some links to start with:
Reinventing Work: Belgrade is part of the Reinventing Work, global grassroots movement of re-inventors who want to learn and practice new, more human-centered ways of working that are better suited to our complex world.
