The Amsterdam Culture Group is about getting together and exploring the city's cultural life. This group is for people who want to take advantage of what the city has to offer and meet like-minded people in the process. We visit art collections, concerts, films, theatre, cabaret, and undertake a wide array of other cultural activities. Although there might be occasional exceptions, the primary language is usually English.

CLOD! makes music to fix its teenage years' broken dreams. It's a sweet-and-sour mashup of nostalgic melodies and improvisation spread on danceable beats. CLOD! was born from the desire of jazz bassist and composer Alessandro Fongaro to experiment with sound and the songwriting approach of indie-rock.
This is a free event.
Grachtenfestival presents harpist Doriene Marselje, who takes you into the colorful world of French music from the 20th century. In the Coach House of Huize Frankendael you listen to works by big names such as Fauré and Debussy, but also more unknown harp composers, such as female composer Germaine Tailleferre. An inspiring start of the day! Afterwards we can have a picnic in the lovely estate or brunch/lunch at the Frankendael house, depending on the weather.
Tickets cost 17 euro and can be ordered here https://www.grachtenfestival.nl/concert/doriene-marselje-a-la-fran%C3%A7aise_14-08-2019_1230?lang=en#
