Welcome to Therapy Group!

The purpose of the group is for members to address their concerns and make positive changes in their lives. To deal with their challenges and get support in their journey fighting their worries and healing their emotional wounds.
Moreover, they gain a sense of belonging and acceptance by being part of a group of other people who have similar experiences and seeing that what they are going through is universal and that they are not alone.

Joining a group of strangers may sound intimidating at first, but Group Therapy provides benefits that individual therapy may not. Psychologists say, in fact, that group members are almost always surprised by how rewarding the group experience can be.

-Find your own support network: support within a non-judgmental mindset, with no finger-pointing, but only with empathy and compassion.

-Work on Self-development: boost your self-esteem and confidence and avoid behaviors that are destructive or unhelpful in real life.

-More affordable. Group therapy is less financially demanding comparing to individual counseling/therapy, and at the same time share the benefits of healing and rebuilding yourself along with the other members.

Face your Fears. Dare!


What is Fear? Fear is a vital response to physical or emotional danger. Erroneously, even if fear is here to protect us from dangerous situations, it is one of the feelings that makes us feel the weakest. The “ fight or flight mode”, as it’s scientifically called, makes us feel the need to escape, however, fear can be overcome if we stay IN the fearful situation. Setting Boundaries, Taking control of your life


Taking control of your life can be challenging. Often we tend to trust other people more than ourselves, to value their opinion more than our own. However, by not taking responsibility, we give others the permission to be in charge of our lives. How can we change that? This workshop will give you all the necessary tools to understand your personal wills and empower you to take back the lost control. You will learn: ⁃ how to overcome the fear of being responsible for yourself. ⁃ How to trust your own choices. ⁃ How to say No even to loved ones or family ⁃ How to set your ground and create a safe space for yourself. ⁃ How to express your own needs without prioritizing others.
