Wat we doen

This group is for everyone who enjoy yoga, running and exercising outside in the fresh air. Every week we will meet at Vondelpark for a 1 hour program (+ 10 min relaxation) : 1) we start with a 20 min run(slow-pace) to warm up our bodies, avoid injuries and boost the metabolism. 2) the next 20 minutes we focus on training (toning & lengthening) muscle groups that are of particular interest to most girls (core, butt, waistline). 3) the last 20 minutes are for Yoga sequences based on ashtanga vinyasa yoga system (builds both strengths and flexibility, relatively fast-paced). 4) After 1 hour, we will spend 10 min relaxing in the last yoga pose. I put together this program in such a way that it combines my favourite elements (fresh air, sunlight, nature) with the most effective exercising way (cardio, strengths, flexibility + oxygen and vitamin D) I have found over the years. My focus is on working on strong, healthy, good looking body one step at the time. 

Disclaimer: Although the program is set up to gradually warm up your body and avoid any injuries, different bodies have different limitations. You are responsible for recognizing your own physical limitations( you can always stop the exercise if it does not feel good). This means that if any injuries occur during or after the work-out, it is your own responsibility, and I am not held liable. Please sign up if you feel that you want to join most of the classes.
