An invitation to slow down, breathe, and listen.
To pause for a moment and say: “Yes, I’m here.”
This gathering is for those seeking real moments in a safe space. It’s a space where the body softens, the mind quiets, and something inside wakes up.

Program Flow
- Opening and alignment (15 min)
Opening Field & Grounding: arriving fully in the present moment through short mindfulness and reflection.
- Guided Meditation (45 min)
Somatic practice in two phases:
• A short self-massage to awaken awareness and discover where tension lives in your body
• A mindfulness meditation using breath, contact, and stillness to reconnect from within
- Energy Work in Silence (20 min)
Deepening into inner connection, with the support and benefit of Cristian’s energy work.
- Group Sharing (10 min)
A space to name what you felt during the meditation.
Not a life story, but a moment of presence.
For those who share: speak from your body, not your history.
For those who listen: offer silence, not comments, not advice.
This is not a therapy group.
- Closing & Community (30 min)
A gentle landing after the meditation: herbal tea, small snacks.
A space to exchange a few words and simply sit together.

Who can join?
Anyone with a soft presence and a living sensitivity.
No experience needed, just a wish to feel from within.
We speak in simple English so everyone can follow.
◉ Often, it’s the highly sensitive, the neuro divergent, the intuitive and creative ones, those who build their own maps and don’t fit into fixed boxes, who feel at home here.
Group size: max 7 people
Wear comfortable clothes and please arrive a few minutes in advance.
This is an experiential journey for personal awareness, not a therapeutic treatment.
