Wat we doen

I’m looking for my tribe.

When I started meditating, the imprint of my childhood trauma came too much too soon into the field of my awareness, causing severe retraumatisation. Like many survivors, I thought I left it all behind and I was doing fine. It turned out this was just a construct of my brain, that I was totally dissociated from my gut brain and my heart brain, and that my trauma nearly highjacked my entire life.

I studied how the trauma sensitive approach could help me stay on track. Now I do trauma awareness work and helps others navigate life with post-traumatic conditioning.

I believe in the power of community of people with shared experience. This is not a therapy group and not a healing group either, yet it can help with both.
