In practic, you will discover:

  • How to fall safely;
  • interaction with an unarmed and armed attacker;
  • body control: falling, balance, and structur
  • reaction, timing, and real-time decision-making;
  • state work: attention, stress, and emotional control;
  • interaction with a partner and adaptation to different situations ;
  • development of coordination and overall mobility;
  • ideomotor and mental practice.

What we do:
We learn to move naturally, to work with the body, breathing, and psyche,
to release blocks from the body, psyche, and soul 🧖‍♂️ — according to the situation, in order to become masters of our own state.

  • For those who want to master simple and reliable self-defense techniques .
  • For those who are looking for a way to cope with fear and stress 😌.
  • For those who want to release tension in the body and psyche, and move more freely.

Main rule of the gathering

  • 🚫 no alcohol or drugs;

  • 🔞 age 18+;

  • 🙏 complete respect for every participant: brother teaches and protects brother, and the same with sisters.
