POLICIES FOR Employment agents and direct employers:

• Company agents looking to hire and headhunters may attend a meeting for up to 30 minutes without paying a fee. This should give you time to assess member's interest in networking with you and to hand out cards. If you would like to make a presentation or sponsor the group for a meeting or series of meetings please contact me.

• New or existing company looking for freelancers or wanting site critiques: for a $50 fee you may attend a meeting and interact casually with group members for about an hour, but you may not solicit targeted advice about your project or website at that meeting. Hoping we can steer the conversation during our next meet-up to using our skills to be part of the political process. There’s no doubt that tech changed the recent election with too many of us hearing only the news of your side and demonizing the other side.
I sat back and expected certain things to happen in this election and they did not.
Not sure of answers but I hope to be more involved.
