Here are our talks!

Feature Talk:
Unraveling Threads in Node.js
Single-threaded asynchronicity is a key concept that is often misunderstood in Node.js. In this talk, we'll look at Node.js under the hood, and explore how the event loop is implemented. We'll also come to understand its benefits, and how to overcome its shortcomings using child processes, and exciting new features like worker threads and shared array buffers.

Presented by Raphael Ram.

Raphael Ram is a Software Engineer at Codesmith, where he works on their educational platform and helps young engineers learn full stack JavaScript. When he's not speaking about or writing code, he's usually writing poetry, or geeking out about Linux, Open Source, and audiophile headphones.
