What we're about

Hello! If you are single, struggling with your dating game, and religion has little to no importance in your life, this group is for you.

Whereas religion offers social setting, spiritual identity and maybe even matchmaking to help people find someone to marry, those of us who don't go to church/temple/mosque or pray to Zeus may need some peer support.

Welcome to the world of self-help books and online dating platforms!

That's right, online dating no longer carries the kind of stigma it used to have, because everyone is doing it.

A few of us are trying to figure out OkCupid, Tinder and Coffee Meets Bagel, and we are happy to share what we have learned from online articles and trial-and-error -- best practices, how to get more matches, and what to say and do on a date.

We'll also organize group dates for us to wear nice-nice and practice being our best selves.

Sounds like fun? Come out and meet someone!

By the way, this group is LGBT-friendly. Even as we understand that most people want to date members of the opposite sex, we'll try to be as sensitive and inclusive as we can manage.
