Welcome 2018 with a fun filled evening of new opportunities and networking - whether you’re looking for a new job, or seeking feedback on your portfolio. Perhaps you’re looking to switch over to an exciting UX career, or moving up in the world of UX. Have an elevator pitch you want to practice, or looking to build your personal brand? This event features a panel of UX leaders sharing their approaches to hiring and reviewing UX portfolios. We’ll start the evening out with pizza, drinks and mingling, then hear from our panel to learn what they look for when hiring and how to make yourself stand out.

After the panel discussion, we’ll move to speed networking/speed reviews, where you’ll have about an hour of 5 minute sessions to share a piece of work, talk about your pitch, or get advice from your peers, then we’ll switch partners so you can get multiple perspectives over the course of the evening. Come prepared with business cards, your portfolio, UX problem, or passion project - we’ll supply name tags that help indicate if you’re looking to hire or looking for a new opportunity.
