1900 Diagonal Street (across from King St metro station), Old Town Alexandria, VA
Enjoy a fun social.
Everyone is welcome. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by AGLA Board members TJ Flavell and Michael Parker. We will gather inside the hotel's Caprese Italian Restaurant.
Bring a friend, enjoy the great food and drink, meet new people, and catch up with old friends you have not seen in a while. There is no cover charge, and this is a smoke-free establishment.
King Street Metro is the closest Metro stop.
AGLA is a strong local beacon for equality in Northern Virginia. It provides fun social activities, builds relationships with elected officials, and works with civic groups on community service. For more information, visit http://www.agla.org/

Optionally, as ongoing community service, if you can, please bring along travel-sized unused soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc. for A-SPAN (www.a-span.org), which provides life-sustaining services for street homeless. Or clean out your cupboard of unused nonperishable food items for AFAC, the community leader in providing and promoting dignified access to nutritious food for those in need. (http://www.afac.org/) . This event will serve as a convenient collection point.
